First of all people who have stated that Sony is losing all the 3rd party exclusive because they aren't taking care of developers, first let me point out some points to you before making your decisions.

Isn't R* the one who owns the rights to GTA and not T2? I know T2 owns the publishing rights and not the official rights?

SE screwed up big time with this game. Saying its a PS3 exclusive for 2 years, and just 2 days ago announcing that FF13 is coming to X360 as well. Announcing 13 on x360 as well caused the 360 fans to be happy, but at the same time hurt the people who owned ps3, because they could show off to the 360 fans that this game is exclusive to ps3 only and will never come on 360 (silly reason, but 360 fans do it too).
